Water Pokemon Team

ok, what do u guys think of these pokemon for my water party:

Luddicolo
Starmie
Empoleon
Swampers
Vaporeon
Kingdra

I still have to come up with moves and EV's but could u guys give me some feedback.

One of the team members should know Hydro Cannon if possible.

You HAVE to have the strongest water move there is!

yeah i do need one, but what pokemon will that be??????? only empoleon, swampert, feraligatr, and blastoise can learn it. might just be empoleon.

Basically on due to partial immunitys to water weaknesses (Elec, Grss, etc)

no, emp is still completely weakened by elec moves. but not grass moves

DO NOT GIVE HYDRO CANNON TO ANY POKEMON

why because it requires a recharge that you can use for another attack

heres a layout of it

Hydro cannon 150 + 0(recharge turn) = 150
Surf 90 + 90 = 180

than throw in the STAB bonus which makes surf more powerful within the two turns of atk.

the only reason i would teach it to emp is because of some kind of dire situation. bu otherwise no, not to anyone else.

hydro cannon would only really work if it was used by a choice scarfer, with high sp.atlk, in the rain. then it could 1hko alot of things :O

haha if u do go with that, the best user is probly empoleon, even though its not very fast. so if u think scarf wont make it fast enough, u could try choice specs for... complete destruction!!

definately he is a great wall and also another good one like that is quagsire

Quag is x4 to grass. Blast is only x2.

HOWEVER

its immune to electric atks and grass is its only weakness and he can also get recover from breedin with a shello, gastrodon, corsola, or milotic with it.(HGSS only though)

But it can't learn Hydro Cannon, and that's the whole reason I suggested Blastoise

the strat of hydro cannon does sound cool and all but its only a theory and isnt really practiced in real wifi, which could mean good or bad things for it, id say go with guagsire personally because of great typing (no one brings grass types really) and ability, water absorb, as well as hp heavy stats and not bad move pool makes it a pretty great option otherwise but with blastoise i think its a great poekon but it doesnt really have the greatest stats, not saying it couldnt do it, to pull of being a revenge killer or a like Pory Z with Scarf Adaptability Hyper beam .
