The Stoopid Game Show!!!

Okay here's how the game goes:
First, someone asks a question.
Then, the first person to get it right wins rep.
BUT, whoever asked the question AND whoever answered the question but got it wrong will have to give the winner 1 rep

For example, say Pieguy88 asks the question, "What's 2+2?" If I say "5", I get it wrong, but if Z man says "4" he gets it right. Whoever asked the question (Pieguy) AND whoever tried to answer the question (me) has to give Z man 1 rep each. The game keeps going and going...
