A New EPTC?

First topic message reminder :

i think we need to create a new site, this one is falling apart technically speaking, plus itll give us a fresh start.

i cant explain it really... theres just so many changes i had in mind for this place, and there will always be some ppl who dont agree with them, plus i already started the site :/
i mean, the gyms here are honestly, lifeless, most of the leaders rarely come on as is, so those would need to be changed. unactive users, i feel, need to be deleted, but most of our users are unactive.
new ranks should be made, some of which i started over on the other site.
the banner needs to go, and like i said, i really like the colors of the other site, but i cant just change eptcs based only on my prefferences.
new systems, such as actually visable badges should be made, and i think the site should expand beyond just focusing on pkmn.
new members need to be attracted as well, but until the site changes, i doubt many will stay.
you say we can remove tpm, but that sounds a bit... idk, as you somewhat implied.

joining there doesnt mean you cant still stay here after all. plus we could use more members and another admin, since the site hasnt fully grown yet.
