Banner contest!

ok... i know how busy people are, so i will leave this open for a month, while we complete the 3 phase plan...

The Rules...
1) banner size is at least 700 by 120 {lengthxheight} but no larger than 850x147 <--- Definite sizes
2) Be creative! Do not copy old banners, or banners from any other site
3) top three banners will receive prizes that are TBA
4) Animated banners are aloud, but keep the animation to a minimum
5) ALL ARE ENCOURAGED TO JOIN

How the winners will be chosen... {subject to change}
1) all banners will be put on display, but a panel of judges will choose the top 3
2) everyone will vote on those top 3 EXCEPT for the panel who narrowed it down

The Judges will be a neutral 3rd party

looks cool and all but it needs to be up to date like with Zorua or Zoroark on it or ppl from HG SS or tracks of light...thats my personal opinion

but you aren't a judge... i have picked three people from xat who don't even know this place exists, and they are going to narrow it down to the top 3
