i dont understand your 'Band items- All Luck/Hax items. Ex. Quick Claw' thing

items that don't work always and activate if you're lucky. like quick claw & focus band. they dont always work, but if you get lucky and that makes you win, your win is by luck.

Its what Stardust says. Bright Powder is a hax item, makes u miss attacks
