PokePaper!

First topic message reminder :

We need the pokepaper back. it'll really attract new members. I say combo can put his weekly reviews in the paper, we have "funniest joke" and "most UU poke" just like it did before the shop got closed we need it ack, and id also be willing to help out on it

my first sprite was a three-poke fusion of growlithe, poochyena, and eevee
