Hokage Jobs Empty Hokage Jobs

I would like to set "Jobs" for the Hokages or certain postions they will be in charge of.

2nd Hokage Sasukekun865: In charge of the Admins panel and Forum Security

3rd Hokage AmyleeXD: In charge of Forum and Topic Updates (Locking inactive Topics etc....)

4th Hokage Z man: In Charge of the Pokemon Gyms (Try outs for open Gyms)

If the Hokages don't like this idea or want their Jobs Switched PM Sasukekun865
